Says 272 – A reversal of thought on food.

It’s interesting how the universe sets the stage and then slowly begins to shift your conscious awareness to what it wants to show you. A few days ago it was the banana thing and worrying about the food I eat. This morning I woke up thinking of food and how its been contaminated by GMO’s and chemical pesticides We worry if the food we buy will harm our bodies and so we take as many precautions as possible and keep informed of the lasted round of tainted food.

As I was thinking this, I suddenly had a thought that instead of worrying if a food is safe or not why not use INTENT and sound energy to remove anything that doesn’t serve our body’s highest purpose and good. This is not really new as Dr Emoto researched the effect of emotions and sounds on water and so have many other scientists.

Our bodies and the food we eat are made up of mostly water and other chemicals, and – common to all is that they are all energy, but at different frequencies. So there is this LINK between us, our human bodies, and food and water that we presently need to survive, that needs to be explored. Even plants respond to the human energy field that either helps them flourish, or shrivel and die. For that matter, the same holds true for animals. As I’m typing this the word that keeps popping into my head is LOVE… LOVE is LIFE and everything is connected by love, including its absence in varying degrees or what is commonly referred to as “conditional” love.

Says 214 – Toxic air, water, and products that affect our Body (Inflammation).

says-214-drug-portalBesides the toxic brew that we consume as FOOD that I listed in Says 212 / 213, I forgot two major toxic sources that are widely used and accepted. (1) Vaccines and prescription drugs. (2) alcohol and a host of so-called illegal drugs, like weed, meth, heroin, and others. Alcohol just reminded me of another toxic “unnatural” food, and that is milk, and the host of hormones and antibiotics that it contains.

214-sewage-water-pollutionWATER : Some of the toxic chemicals and bacteria in the water that we drink, and bathe in, and in the products we use. They include,  raw sewage, industrial waste, pesticides, herbicides, fluoride, chlorine, lead, mercury, PCB’s, Arsenic, Dioxins, DDT, Glyphosate, PFASs, Radioactive Contaminants, Pharmaceutical Drugs, Chromium, plastics water bottles,

BODY CARE PRODUCTS: Then there are the toxic chemicals that we put on our Bodies, or use in our homes include, laundry and dish detergent, hand soap, body soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, sanitizers, cosmetics, nail polish, hygiene products, baby diapers, perfume, deodorant, aftershave, sun blockers, body lotions, air fresheners,

says-214-air-pollutionAIR: Air pollutants that we breathe such as, car exhaust, industrial fumes, cigarette smoke, paint fumes, air fresheners, toxic scents from the things we put on our bodies or use. Not to forget the toxic brew from chemtrails that contain barium, nano aluminum-coated fiberglass [known as CHAFF], radioactive thorium, cadmium, chromium, nickel, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins, ethylene dibromide, and polymer fibers. 214-chemtrails

ELECTROMAGNETIC: And of course, there are the invisible energies that also affect our Bodies such as: Microwave ovens, cell phones, Wifi, Smart meter, fluorescent light bulbs, LED lights, Radio and TV signals, EMF, radar, nuclear radiation, electromagnetic radiation from our electricity.

So with all these toxic chemicals and energies attacking our Body, creating inflammation and disease, you wonder why the so-called medical professions first thought to help the Body heal, is to prescribe pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs?  By now, I hope that you can see that the main agenda of the medical profession is not healing, but in creating customers for the pharmaceutical industry, that in turn, ensures that they make a good and profitable living.  But of course, these are just the wild rambling rants of a conspiracy theorist, and NOT those of a highly trained MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL or an ACCREDITED RESEARCH SCIENTIST….  LOL  Saysame

Says 102 – More issues coming up.

2012 Oct 04 I had previously noticed a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste on the kitchen window above the sink, and this morning as I was eating breakfast at the kitchen counter, Paul was brushing his teeth in the kitchen sink. I made the comment that living here was like living in a cabin in the bush, one bowl for everything. After a brief discussion, he said that he doesn’t like brushing his teeth in the bathroom sinks as he doesn’t like to clean up afterwards. I commented, so, you rather make a mess in the kitchen sink where we prepare our food and wash our dishes. He thought for a moment and said that he would not do it anymore if it upset me, which I said it did.

Paul has a large orange translucent sink in the bathroom upstairs, but that’s it. There is no cabinetry hiding the rough plumbing job and the sink is actually 3-4 inches too high for it to be comfortable unless you are over six feet tall and he is my height. The sink is about 4 feet wide, and 3.5 feet of that is the actual basin of the sink so there is very little counter space. There is a matching mirror on the wall, but that is all there is, there is no bathroom cabinet so everything just has to lay on the limited flat surface of the sink, or on the toilet tank. The bathroom on the main level has a clear glass sink and again there are no cabinets to store anything. It’s all for presentation and not functional. I said, it looks nice but they are basically useless.

While I was at it, I went over to the cutlery drawer and pulled out a disgusting can-opener and showed it to him. I asked him why it was in the drawer along with clean utensils. It was disgusting as it was rusty and caked with old and rotten food. He said that he didn’t use it, that he used the new one. I said that’s great, but why keep it in the drawer with the new one and the other kitchen utensils when it should be in the garbage. He took it and threw it in the garbage can under the sink. With that, I said that was my bitching for the day. He laughed it off as he went out the door to go to work. PS: The picture of the can opener is the actual one…

I also realized that the actions of Paul and his friend last night remind me of high school and my trying to hang out with assholes like them that just want to get drunk and fucked. I had issues with them back then and it’s back in my face again. Hummmm?

Says 92 – The last straw – Eating my Food

2012 Sept 18 6:20 pm. Well that’s it, the last straw. Last night I made a double supper of Chicken fingers, baked potatoes and vegetables, so that I wouldn’t have to cook tonight. Shaneese was in the kitchen pouring herself a glass of wine. Neither of us spoke. I went to the fridge to get my leftovers and when I opened the Tupperware container, my chicken strips were gone. Everything else was still there, but no chicken. When I saw that I exclaimed, “What the fuck!” Shanreese took off like a shot. In an instant she was down the hallway to her bedroom, glass of wine in hand. I then thought, well I’ll just have a piece of Turkey Kielbasa that I hadn’t opened yet. I went to get it and it was also gone. That was 3-4 suppers gone… I ended up frying an egg.

9:00 pm Frank, the owner told me yesterday that he was going to call a house meeting tonight. Previously, I had emailed a woman regarding renting a room so I went to see her tonight. I met the middle-aged woman that was on disability and while the place was okay, I told her I’d get back to her as I wanted to see what would happen at the meeting.

11:00 PM Well the meeting that was supposed to take place, didn’t happen. Frank didn’t get home until 10:00 pm and was having supper when I went into the kitchen to make myself a cup of tea. He came up to me, looking exhausted and told me that he was too tired, physically and mentally to have a meeting. I didn’t say anything as I poured the hot water into my cup, but as I turned to leave, I told him that someone was into my food. He looked surprised and disgusted but didn’t say anything. I left it at that and went back to my room.
Frank has an issue with confrontation and doesn’t have the balls to confront his wife and the young tenants, as she “mother” them, as they are her drinking buddies that eagerly agree with everything she says. Later I emailed the woman and told her that I had a few more questions, but that I was seriously interested in the room.

Says 82 – Getting organized – Generation Gap

2012 Sept 02 Sunday, I never bought any food on Saturday as I hadn’t been able to talk to Nancy or Frank as to where I could put my stuff in the refrigerator, as well as where I was going to store my non perishable food stuff. I talked to Nancy this morning after they got up around noon and she gave me some cupboard and fridge space, enough to keep my basics. Other foodstuff and some of my utensils I can keep in a cupboard in my room.

2012 Sept 07 Friday It’s kind of weird as the two young people that also room here usually eat when and what Frank and Nancy eat. No one eats breakfast and supper isn’t until 8:30 – 9:00 at night. It’s like a communal kitchen, but where it’s Nancy (depending on what shift she works) or Frank that does the cooking, and Frank doesn’t get home until after 8:30pm, and the young ones just wait until supper is ready. The young guy make spaghetti for himself the other day, but he didn’t just make one of two servings, he used the whole package, enough for 10 people, and then he stuffed the pot in the fridge as leftover’s. He then eats at it during the day for days, trying to get rid of it as no one else wants it. He told me I could help myself, but I already had my spaghetti feed a day before he made his, so I wasn’t interested.

I’ve also noticed that the two young people seem lost. They both have jobs, but they are in their own little world that doesn’t include the basics of living and caring for themselves. It’s just like they are large toddlers. They leave their bedroom door open at times and I can’t help but notice how littered and messy the rooms are. When they use the bathroom, whatever falls on the counter or floor, stays there, same goes for the kitchen and even the patio. Maybe it’s just the three generation gap at work, but there seems to be this hopelessness or indifference that is reflected, not only by their rooms, but in their general attitude. They look clean and as normal as present teens can be when they go out, as that is the public perception that they want to portray, but that is not what they are really like. The young guy had his girlfriend (mother figure) over the other day and she cleaned up his room, but a few hours after she left, he had things on the floor again.

The other part of the generation gap is with Frank and Nancy as they are in their later 40’s and are consumed with their jobs, Nancy working a rotating three shift schedule, mornings, afternoons and nights, while Frank works 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. Both of them have very little time for each other, or to do things around the house, other than prepare meals and clean up after the toddlers. Nancy also tries to be this cool mother figure to them, cleaning up after them (once a week) and driving them to the store to get beer, cigarettes, or maybe some food. I know the young ones are also smoking weed, but they’re not toking up in the house or yard. They are what they are, and I just do my own thing.

I don’t know what these young kids would do if no one cleaned up after them or prepared their meals and did their laundry. They are like a hoarder or litterbug that would eventually be living in and eating their own excrement. I’m not saying that one needs to be a clean freak, BUT!….

Ahhh! I just got it… It’s all about choice. People are going to be toddlers and litterbugs as long as there are people that are willing to mother them, to pick up after them and take care of them. It’s all about power and control and of course, denial, free Will and choice.

Nancy hooked up my internet, (25 character password). Apparently, the TV and movies are also available via the computer but that hasn’t been activated as yet. I don’t rally miss TV….

Says 34 – Letting go of the Old world and creating a new World

2012 March 30 6:40 am I awoke and was thinking of all the things that are wrong in this world and I began to write a list.

Corrupt government, federal, provincial, and municipal
Religious beliefs and conflict
The wars and military spending
Pharmaceutical drugs and medical care
High gas, food, electrical and housing prices
High CATV, satellite, telephone, cell phone and internet prices
GMO foods and animals
Polluted land, water and air
Chemtrails and government cover-up
Big brother watching you
And the list goes on and on.

I then though, this is way too much to try to fix and that the only way we are going to change things is to let go of it and let it self destruct and then we’ll build a brand new world to rise out of the ashes like the fabled Phoenix. By self-destruct, I don’t mean that the World (Earth) should be destroyed, but that the SYSTEMS that are presently in a position of power be destroyed. When they are gone, along with those that support that system; those that remain can then begin the process of creating a New World with a new blue print of how reality can be when denials are ended.
